Summary
We are seeking a Chefs of all levels (Live in Available) to join our team. You'll be working at both of the venues in the same village and being supported by our Head Chef.
About the role
As a Chef de Partie with Bosworth Leisure, you’ll be at the heart of our kitchen, creating dishes that are as delicious as they are beautifully presented. You’ll work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to prepare, cook, and serve food to the highest standard, ensuring every plate that leaves your pass delights our guests.
You’ll take pride in using ingredients, following recipes and specifications, and maintaining consistency across every dish. You’ll also play an active role in keeping the kitchen clean, safe, and well-organised, adhering to all food safety regulations and Bosworth Leisure high hygiene standards.
Your role goes beyond cooking—you’ll be part of the team that drives the kitchen’s success. From stock control and waste reduction to supporting junior team members, you’ll bring energy, precision, and passion to every service.
Key Responsibilities
- Food Preparation & Cooking – Prepare, cook, and present dishes to company specifications.
- Consistency & Quality – Maintain high culinary standards in taste, presentation, and portion control.
- Teamwork – Work collaboratively with kitchen and FOH teams to ensure smooth service.
- Kitchen Hygiene – Follow strict food hygiene, allergen, and safety procedures, keeping your section spotless.
- Stock & Waste Control – Assist with ordering, stock rotation, and minimising waste.
- Training Support – Help develop junior chefs and kitchen assistants through guidance and on-the-job coaching.
- Efficiency – Manage time effectively during prep and service to keep pace in a busy kitchen.
- Menu Knowledge – Understand the full menu to answer questions, make recommendations, and adapt dishes when necessary.
Requirements
- A communicator, we want people who can speak up and communicate effectively.
- Calm under pressure
- Food Hygiene (Level 2) - not essential (can be provided)
- Ability to drive! We are remote and buses do not run past 19:00.
- Shifts are anytime between 07:30 and 22:30 daily.
The role offers flexible working working anytime between 07:30 until 22:30.
Whilst this role offers flexibility in working hours, flexibility to support business needs when required are desired.
