Eden Menswear is looking for an experienced, commercially driven Store Manager to lead our Bridgend store.
This is a key management position within a busy, high-turnover retail environment. We are looking for someone with proven retail management experience who is confident taking ownership of sales performance, people and the day-to-day running of a substantial retail operation.
We don’t just want someone who can operate a store — we want someone who can drive it forward.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a proven retail manager, ideally from fashion, menswear, footwear or another high-volume, customer-focused retail environment.
You should have:
* Strong previous experience managing a retail store and team.
* A proven track record of driving sales and improving store performance.
* Experience working with sales targets and retail KPIs.
* Strong commercial awareness and the ability to identify opportunities to improve performance.
* Excellent leadership and people-management skills.
* The ability to coach, motivate and develop a high-performing team.
* High standards and strong attention to detail.
* Confidence managing a busy, high-turnover retail environment.
* A proactive, hands-on leadership style with the ability to lead from the front.
* The confidence to take ownership, use your own initiative and make effective commercial decisions.
Previous fashion or menswear experience would be highly advantageous. Experience within premium/designer retail, formalwear or suiting would be particularly welcome.
