Customer Success Manager
South Jordan, Utah (On-site, with occasional remote flexibility)
As a Customer Success Manager at CODA Testing, you will serve as the main point of contact for employer clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and value from our workplace testing solutions and the CODA LINX™ platform. Your goal will be to drive customer satisfaction, engagement, and long-term partnership. This is a client-facing role that requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset in a compliance-driven environment.
CODA Testing (Consortium of Drug and Alcohol Testing and MRO Services) has been a trusted provider of workplace drug and alcohol testing services since 1988. Based in Utah with four regional locations, we offer DOT-compliant testing, TSA application support, 24/7 on-site collections, and a secure platform—CODA LINX™—for real-time test tracking and results management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients.
Train clients on CODA LINX™ and assist with onboarding and setup.
Ensure clients remain compliant with federal and industry-specific testing standards.
Monitor account activity and usage, and proactively address issues.
Conduct regular check-ins and account reviews.
Respond to inquiries and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner.
Identify upsell opportunities and coordinate with internal teams for follow-up.
Track all interactions and updates using internal CRM systems.
3+ years in a Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable working in a regulated industry with strict compliance guidelines.
Strong technology skills, especially with CRM or SaaS platforms.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Familiarity with DOT, TSA, or healthcare compliance programs.
Experience in workplace drug and alcohol testing services.
Knowledge of testing procedures and reporting tools.
