Duties
- Greet guests warmly and take drink orders with enthusiasm and efficiency
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines and non-alcoholic options
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age and ensure responsible service
- Manage cash register transactions accurately using basic math skills
- Restock bar supplies and monitor inventory levels to keep the bar fully equipped
- Engage with guests to create a lively, friendly atmosphere while managing multiple orders seamlessly
- Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for staff and customers
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant settings, especially as a bartender or server
- Knowledge of food safety practices and responsible alcohol service standards
- Bartending skills with the ability to craft popular cocktails and mixed drinks
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Effective communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members

Pay: £10.85-£14.00 per hour
