CSCS Window fitter
Avolon M&E are looking for a Qualified and Experienced CSCS Window fitter for a new site in Portsmouth
Contract length: long-term ongoing work
Rate: £180-£200/day
Hours: Minimum 8
Job role and responsibilities:
- Measure and mark window openings accurately to ensure proper fitment
- Install new windows, including securing frames and sealing to prevent drafts and water ingress
- Remove old or damaged windows safely and efficiently
- Use a variety of hand tools and power tools to carry out installations and repairs
- Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and company standards
- Assist with site preparation, including scaffolding setup and site clearance
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects within specified timeframes
- Conduct quality checks on completed installations to ensure durability and finish
Requirements:
· Valid CSCS Card
· Able to commute to Portsmouth / Waterlooville minimum 5 days per week
