We're looking for an experienced Video Editor to join our growing team in Salford. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys producing high-quality, polished video content and wants the stability of a 30 hour a week role (£25k -£27.5k pro-rata) while working on a wide variety of corporate and commercial projects.
This position would be particularly well suited to an experienced freelance editor looking to transition into a permanent role without sacrificing creative, varied work.
About the Role:
You'll be responsible for editing engaging video content for a range of corporate and commercial clients, ensuring every project is delivered to a high standard and aligned with the client's brief. You'll work closely with our creative team to bring ideas to life while maintaining consistency across projects.
Responsibilities:
- Edit high-quality video content for corporate and commercial clients
- Edit multi-camera interviews and productions
- Sync external audio and manage multi-camera timelines efficiently
- Work confidently with LOG footage, including colour correction and professional colour grading
- Edit and colour grade projects using DaVinci Resolve
- Edit in Premiere Pro
- Deliver edits that meet client briefs, brand guidelines and deadlines
- Collaborate with the wider team throughout the production process
- Manage multiple projects while maintaining excellent attention to detail
- Organise project files and maintain an efficient editing workflow
What We're Looking For:
- Proven professional experience as a video editor
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Premiere Pro, alongside proficiency in DaVinci Resolve for editing and professional colour grading
- Experience editing multi-camera interviews and syncing external audio
- Experience working with LOG footage and professional colour grading workflows
- A strong portfolio demonstrating corporate and commercial editing work
- Experience interpreting client briefs and producing polished, client-ready content
- Excellent storytelling, pacing and editing skills
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage deadlines
- A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to collaborate as part of a creative team
Please note, this is an office-based role in Salford therefore applicants should be based locally or be able to commute daily.
