ROX Interiors is a growing bathroom, tile and home interiors retailer based in Brighouse. We supply a wide range of bathrooms, tiles, showers, mirrors, radiators and related products to homeowners, developers and trade customers.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Showroom Sales Consultant to join our team and help customers bring their renovation projects to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.
- Provide advice on bathrooms, tiles, showers, mirrors and radiators.
- Prepare quotations and sales proposals.
- Follow up enquiries and convert leads into sales.
- Build relationships with homeowners, tradespeople and developers.
- Maintain showroom displays and ensure products are presented to a high standard.
- Process orders and liaise with suppliers where required.
- Deliver excellent customer service before and after the sale.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in bathroom, tile, kitchen, showroom or retail sales preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Confident using computers and email systems.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and close sales.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Experience creating bathroom designs is beneficial but not essential.

- Monday to Friday.
- Weekend availability may be required on a rota basis.
Experience
- Sales: 1 year preferred.
- Bathroom, tile, kitchen or showroom experience preferred.
