We've been serving the good people of Bristol our wonderful drinks since 2013, and during that time our company has expanded to 37 sites nationwide....along with several international openings coming this year.
In April this year, we opened our new store in Cabot Circus. We've created a beautiful setting, accommodating around 30 seated guests at a time. In addition to our original drinks offering, we also provide our wonderful Taiwanese inspired food menu through out the day.
Our store manager will be managing a small team of bobaristas on a day to day basis, ensuring smooth operational success whilst maintaining a fun and positive work environment.
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to lead our retail team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, driving sales, and ensuring excellent customer service. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with strong management skills to contribute to the growth and success our brand new store.
Duties
- Lead and supervise the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
- Organise and oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Fulfil all food safety and health and safety obligations where required.
- Manage stock levels, co-ordinate regular stock taking and ensure recipes are managed to spec.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to optimise team performance
- Monitor sales performance and analyse sales data to identify opportunities for growth
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally
- Implement promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives to attract new customers
- Maintain administrative records such as sales reports, staff schedules, and inventory logs
Skills
- Proven management experience within a hospitality environment, with strong supervising capabilities
- Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams
- Strong organisational skills with effective time management abilities
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail
- Demonstrated organisational skills with a focus on efficiency and process optimisation
- Experience in team management, staff development, and conflict resolution
