An exciting opportunity due to expansion, we are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Clinician to undertake onsite immunisation clinics and case management full time.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
To provide a professional, safe and efficient assessment, vaccination and immunisation service to our clients which meets our contractual obligations in respect of health clearance which includes:
- Taking and logging a clinical history related to vaccination and immunisations
- Taking of bloods and correctly recording, storing and dispatching
- Giving vaccinations and setting out next steps to recipients
- Providing clinical information regarding vaccination and immunisations to students / staff
- As an OHA you will be undertaking face to face and remote case management providing evidence-based clinical advise to our clients.

Qualifications
- Registered Nurse on the NMC register - Essential
- Specialist Qualification in Occupation Health - Desirable
- Immunisation Experience - Essential
Experience
- Delivering immunisations and taking bloods in a clinic setting - Essential
- Using IT systems to record clinical data quickly and accurately - Essential
- Large volume clinics - desirable
- Working in an Occupational Health Setting - Essential
Knowledge
- Current up to date knowledge regarding health screening in relation to immunity and vaccination requirements - Essential
- Administering vaccines in line with written orders - Essential
- NMC Code requirements - Essential
- Worked in an Occupational Health Setting - Essential
- DoH Green Book – Immunisation Against Infectious Disease requirements - Essential
