Fentons Property Management is a family-run letting agency operating across Aberdeen and Perth. We built our reputation on personal, professional service and a genuine commitment to doing things properly for our landlords and tenants. We are now looking for a well-organised Property Administrator to join our team and help keep our busy office running smoothly.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a varied, hands-on administrative role at the heart of our lettings operation. You will be a key point of contact for tenants, landlords, and contractors, and will play an important part in delivering the high standards our clients expect. You will also help raise our profile online, managing our social media presence and keeping our content fresh and engaging.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing tenancy terminations and end-of-tenancy paperwork
- Liaising with tenants, landlords, and contractors on day-to-day matters
- Coordinating repairs and maintenance, and following works through to completion
- Scheduling inspections and inventory checks
- Managing key handovers and returns
- Issuing utility and council tax notifications
- Supporting deposit administration and end-of-tenancy account statements
- Managing our social media accounts — creating posts, sharing property listings, and promoting the Fentons brand
- General office administration and responding to enquiries by phone and email
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- A confident, professional telephone and email manner
- The ability to manage several tasks at once in a busy environment
- Confidence with social media and an eye for creating engaging content
- A positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to learn
Experience of letting or property management would be an advantage, as would familiarity with Canva, Excel, and CRM systems — but none of these is essential. Full training will be provided. What matters most is that you are reliable, personable, and take pride in getting things right.
