Summary
We are looking for a practical, enthusiastic and reliable person to join our production team. This is a varied, hands-on role involving every stage of brewery production, from brewing and fermentation to packaging and preparing finished beer for our customers.
The role
Working alongside our experienced brewery team, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with wort production and brewing.
- Monitoring fermentation and carrying out cellar operations.
- Packaging beer into cask, keg and can.
- Operating, cleaning and maintaining packaging equipment.
- Completing cleaning and sanitation procedures, including CIP.
- Carrying out basic quality-control checks and maintaining records.
- Preparing and organising customer orders.
- Loading and unloading deliveries.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and housekeeping.
- Assisting with general brewery maintenance and stock control.

We are looking for someone who:
- Enjoys practical and physical work.
- Is reliable, punctual and well organised.
- Has strong attention to detail.
- Takes pride in producing consistently high-quality products.
- Works well both independently and as part of a small team.
- Has a positive attitude and is willing to learn.
- Is comfortable following production, hygiene and safety procedures.
Previous brewery experience is welcome but is not essential, as training will be provided. Experience in food and drink production, packaging, manufacturing, engineering or a similar practical environment would be an advantage.
