An opportunity has arisen for a Commis chef to join the University of Edinburgh’s Conference & Events Catering Department, based at Pollock Hills in the South Hall Kitchen.
We cater for everything from small meetings and private dinners to large, high-profile conferences. We also run an extensive Outside and Delivered Hospitality service, supplying food to over 180 University buildings as well as private and corporate venues across the city.
