Role Overview
We are looking for a talented Pastry Chef to create exceptional desserts and baked goods that complement the TRiBE dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and present high-quality desserts and pastries
- Develop creative dessert menus in collaboration with the Head Chef
- Ensure consistency and quality in all pastry items
- Manage pastry section inventory and ordering
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the pastry station
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations
Requirements
- Proven experience as Pastry Chef or Sous Chef
- Strong technical pastry and dessert skills
- Creativity and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
- Passion for quality ingredients and presentation

Pay: £24,862.08-£35,000.00 per year
