Role: Administration Apprentice
Location: Based Kidderminster, working across mfg’s 6 Midlands offices
Hours: Full time, 35 hours per week Mon-Fri including one study day
Term: Fixed term apprenticeship, c.18 months (with view to perm)

Our Admin Team
Based at our Kidderminster office, you will report into the Office Partner and work
alongside our Administration, Facilities and Operations Officers to help deliver a
seamless administrative and office support service to the business. Our wider admin
team, whom you will work closely with at our five other Midlands offices, comprises five
more colleagues, each reporting into their Office Partner who are responsible for the
smooth running of each premises.

good job and helping your colleagues to deliver outstanding service. We’re looking for
someone eager to progress their career as an administrator, learning the practical day-
to-day skills from our fantastic admin team whilst undertaking one day a week off the
job training. Please note the requirement to work across our six offices as may be
needed.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Help oversee orders and distribution of stationery and consumables/supplies, liaising
with key suppliers and stakeholders, and assisting same at other offices.
2. Support as point of contact for mfg’s postal and off-site archiving service suppliers,
striving to satisfy stakeholder expectations.
3. Provide comprehensive administrative support including but not limited to the
collection/distribution and processing of post, DX post, delivery of banking, operating
and arranging repairs to general office equipment, set-up of meeting/seminar rooms,
witnessing client wills, client ID checks, assisting secretaries with copying/scanning,
client refreshments and new joiner stationery bags.
4. Handle deeds/files requests/queries, indexing, cancelations, maintenance of indexes.
5. Facilities management support.
Requirements:
- You’ll be organised, proactive and have an eye for detail.
- Competent using Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a supportive team environment.
- Willing to travel to other mfg offices.
