Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. The successful candidate will be the welcoming face of our establishment, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a memorable experience for all customers. Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is advantageous, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are equally valued. The position is paid and suitable for individuals who thrive in fast-paced settings and enjoy engaging with people.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, check them in for their session and elevating their experience
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming environment in the front of house area
- Make and deliver protein shakes from our Shake Bar
- Uphold food safety standards at all times, adhering to hygiene protocols
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy periods
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles is preferred but not essential
- Familiarity with food preparation and customer service skills will be beneficial
- A friendly, professional demeanour with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
