Facilities Resourcing Limited is recruiting on behalf of a well-established commercial building services and facilities maintenance company for an experienced Mobile Plumber to join their growing team.
This is a Monday to Friday role covering commercial sites across London, carrying out a mixture of planned maintenance, reactive repairs and installation work. A company vehicle is provided, making this an excellent opportunity for a skilled plumber looking for a stable, long-term position with no shift work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on commercial plumbing systems.
- Reactive plumbing repairs and fault finding.
- Installation of pipework, sanitaryware and associated plumbing systems.
- General plumbing maintenance across a variety of commercial properties.
- Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs efficiently.
- Completing job reports and paperwork accurately.
- Delivering a high standard of customer service while working on client sites
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent).
- Previous experience working within commercial maintenance.
- Experience carrying out both maintenance and installation work.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
