We already have a very strong and enthusiastic team and are looking to recruit chefs with fantastic attitude who are willing to learn. We are very passionate in delivering high quality Scottish produce to locals and visitors.
Duties include:
- Preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes
- Assisting the Head Chef in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes
- Assisting with the management of health and safety
- Assisting with the management of food hygiene practices
- Monitoring portion and waste control
- Overseeing the maintenance of kitchen and food safety standards

Pay: £34,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
