Front of House Team Member (Full-Time)
Formosa Izakaya is looking for a reliable, friendly and hardworking Front of House Team Member to join our restaurant in Birmingham city centre.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and serve customers.
- Take food and drink orders.
- Deliver excellent customer service.
- Help keep the restaurant clean and organised.
- Work as part of a friendly team.
Requirements
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Good communication skills.
- Able to work evenings and weekends.
- Previous hospitality experience is welcome but not essential.
- Able to commit to permanent full-time work on a long-term basis, including evenings and weekends.
