The role of HR Administrator:
- Supporting payroll processing and administration
- Maintaining accurate employee records and documentation
- Providing general HR administrative support
- Assisting with compliance and onboarding processes
- Handling confidential information professionally and securely
- Supporting the wider HR team with day-to-day administration
The ideal HR Administrator:
- Previous HR and/or payroll administration experience
- Experience within the education sector is highly desirable
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
- Good IT and administrative skills
- Enhanced DBS required
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Casual contract basis, likely running until July, based at Bradgate Education Partnership Trust offices in Syston.
The role will primarily focus on payroll processing alongside providing wider administrative support to the HR function.
