Your Role:
- Assess new clients and create person-centred care plans
- Review care plans and ensure compliance with CQC standards
- Deliver care calls and monitor client satisfaction
- Support staff training and competency assessments
- Complete staff observations
- Participate in on-call rota and help improve service delivery
What You’ll Need:
- Full UK driving licence & reliable car
- Experience in domiciliary care essential
- Strong communication, organisation & IT skills
