We have exciting sales opportunities available at Red Carpet Ready, where you will be well rewarded for your results. You will be trained by an award-winning company & in return, we expect you to create a memorable 5* customer experience in our fast-paced, peak season retail environment.
WHAT WE WILL GIVE YOU
- Rates are from £14.57 to £22 ph with fantastic bonuses, commissions, and incentives
- Paid weekly.
- We are in huge demand during our Prom Season, August to June, open on days, evenings and weekends. This means we can be flexible, around another job, college, Uni or family commitments.
- You can work as many shifts as you want, but with an agreed minimum of 2 per week. This could be one evening and one weekend day, or 2 evenings a week. You may only want to work Peak Season and spend your summer on the beach - that’s fine too!!
- In the school holidays we are full on, so can give you lots of extra shifts over half terms and Easter. Ideally this is what we need from our Retail team.
- Full training is provided with mentors & support, and our Retail Sales and development scheme, can lead to your Red Carpet Ready Graduation
- Our internal Graduates have higher earning potential and even greater development opportunities within the business. We are one of the best retail payers in the Lincoln area.
- We provide training to develop our team & invest in our people. With this in mind, we would be ideally looking for successful candidates to stay with the company on a part-time basis for a minimum of 1-3 years.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- This is a customer facing sales role – you must have the ability to sell, including add ons, & provide confident, excellent customer service
- You will need to have charisma and the right personality that your customers will love and remember.
- You will have fun with your customers and give outstanding customer service, and they will leave not only with their dream dress but will want to tell the world what an amazing time they had by leaving a company review.
- You will need to be a person that thrives under pressure, is energetic and enjoys being on their feet all day. This is a fast-paced job role which involves you serving multiple customers a day in an appointment only structure. We are looking for outgoing people who are able to achieve top sales results, who are passionate about our brand and full of information and ideas for their customers.
- You will need to have the confidence to be involved in all your customers photos and videos and have fun ideas to interview your customers at the end of their appointment.
- You will be an ambassador for Red Carpet Ready with a sense of style and pride in your appearance that creates that perfect first impression.

- You will be expected to work evenings, weekends & school holidays over our peak season (August – June)
