What we're looking for
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
- Willingness to travel and work nationwide
- Comfortable staying away from home (up to 4 nights per week, Monday to Friday)
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
- Pride in producing high-quality workmanship
- Eagerness to learn and develop new skills
- Ability to work as part of a professional team
Training & Career Progression
At Vanda Coatings, we invest in our people.
Following a successful 3-month probation period, you'll have the opportunity to progress onto the Level 2 NVQ in Decorative Finishing and Industrial Painting Occupations – Industrial Sprayer.
Once you successfully complete the qualification, your pay will be reviewed, recognising your new skills and commitment to the role.
