GENERAL MANAGER (FULL TIME, PERMANENT)
£50,000 - £55,000 per annum + Tronc

What experience you will have:
· Proven experience as a General Manager within a busy, high-volume restaurant environment (800+ covers per day / weekly revenue min £200K )
· Strong commercial awareness across sales, labour, stock, service standards and guest experience
· Confident leadership skills, with the ability to coach, motivate and develop a large team
· Experience managing rotas, performance, training and day-to-day restaurant operations
· A natural host with a genuine passion for hospitality, people and guest care
· Calm, clear communication and the ability to lead confidently from the floor
· Strong attention to detail, organisation and numeracy
