Essential
- NVQ Level 5 in Adult Health & Social Care
- 3+ years previous leadership experience in Supported Living or Domiciliary Care
- Experience in providing care for Learning Disability or Mental Health adults
- Understanding of Dols/Mca
- Understanding of Safeguarding
- Ability to review existing care plans
- Ability to financially assess client needs and write new care plans
- Working knowledge of AI (everyday use of chatgpt/claude/co-work)
Desirable:
- Learning Disability, Mental Health Specialist Training (e.g Oliver McGowan)

Pay: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
