We are looking for a confident and proactive Security Officer to join our team.
This role is based on a large site, so the successful candidate must be comfortable carrying out regular patrols and taking a professional, firm approach when dealing with unauthorised persons on site.
Key Requirements:
- Enhanced DBS
- Full UK driving licence and access to transport required due to the site location
- Confident, professional, and able to challenge anyone who should not be on site
- Proactive approach to site security and safety
- Reliable, alert, and able to work independently
Key Duties:
- Conducting regular patrols across a large site
- Monitoring the premises and reporting any suspicious activity
- Challenging trespassers or anyone without permission to be on site
- Helping to maintain a safe and secure environment for staff, visitors, and property
- Completing incident reports and logging patrol activity accurately

You will be someone who takes pride in maintaining high security standards, can remain calm under pressure, and is confident in dealing with people in a professional manner. This is an ideal role for a security professional who is observant, dependable, and willing to take a hands-on approach.
