Duties
- Performing thorough cleaning of residential and commercial properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces
- Ensuring all areas meet client specifications and health & safety standards
- Managing your own appointments and scheduling to optimise efficiency
- Using appropriate cleaning products and equipment safely and effectively
- Providing excellent customer service by maintaining professional conduct and addressing client needs promptly
- Maintaining organisation of cleaning supplies and equipment during each job
- Reporting any maintenance issues or safety concerns to clients or management as required
Experience
- Previous experience in janitorial work, hotel housekeeping, or commercial cleaning is desirable but not mandatory; training will be provided for suitable candidates
- Skills in cooking or customer service are considered a bonus but are not essential for this role
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Organised with good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within allocated timeframes
- Reliable and trustworthy with a professional attitude towards client confidentiality and property care
