We're hiring a Yard Operative to join our team at Natures Way Foods! In this hands-on role, you'll play a key part in keeping our yard and external site areas safe, organised, and operational in all weather conditions. You'll be responsible for maintaining high Health & Safety standards, supporting site operations, operating yard equipment, and ensuring deliveries are managed safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

Daily Maintenance of the Yard and External site areas
-
Keeping the Yard and External site areas functional in all weathers to the required Health and Safety standards

Drive Fork Lift Truck to the required Health and Safety standards
Shift pattern
We operate a shift pattern covering days only 7am-7pm. You will work a total of 14 days over a 28-day period. Typically you would be working as follows:
Week 1 - Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday
Week 2 - Wednesday & Thursday
