Hendon United Synagogue is seeking enthusiastic, creative and inspiring Youth Directors (either a married couple or two individuals) to lead and develop meaningful programmes for young people in school years 7–13. The role focuses on engaging young members through Shabbat and Yom Tov activities, educational experiences, social events and leadership development opportunities.

What We're Looking For
We would love to hear from candidates who have:
- Experience working with young people and running programmes
- A strong understanding of Jewish community life and values
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Creativity, enthusiasm and initiative
- A commitment to Orthodox Judaism
- The ability to engage both affiliated and less-engaged youth
Role Details
Location: Hendon United Synagogue
Hours: 10 hours per week across 5 days
Salary: £7,500 per person
Contract: Fixed Term
