LV Bridal Studio — York
Full-time - Part-time / Flexible | Minimum 20 hours per week but most weeks will be between 25-35 hours.
LV Bridal Studio is a warm, modern, premium bridal boutique in the heart of York, dedicated to helping brides find their dream dress in a relaxed and calming environment. As the business continues to grow, we’re looking for a friendly, confident and creative Bridal Stylist to join us.
This role is perfect for someone who loves fashion, styling, and creating a special experience for every bride who walks through our doors.
You’ll spend most of your days helping brides find their dream dress, supporting appointments, managing inventory, maintaining the boutique to the highest standard, and even getting involved with our social media.
This is a varied, hands-on role perfect, it’s a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same but if you love people, fashion, and those magical “this is the one” moments, it really is the best job in the world.
Responsibilities
- Welcoming brides and creating a warm, relaxed boutique experience
- Running bridal appointments independently
- Styling brides and helping them find their dream dress
- Building rapport and guiding brides through the decision-making process
- Managing fittings and follow-up communication
- Maintain organised records of appointments, client preferences, and sales transactions
- Manage time efficiently to ensure all clients receive attentive service within scheduled appointments
- Provide exceptional customer service by listening attentively, offering professional guidance, and providing a welcoming environment
- Keep the boutique organised, tidy, and visually appealing
- Opening and closing the boutique when needed
- Managing appointment diary and enquiries
- Assisting with stock management and new gown arrivals
- Supporting with general day-to-day running of the business
About You
- Warm, friendly, confident and naturally great with people is a must
- Passionate about fashion, styling or bridal
- Previous experience in retail, fashion, or specialised bridal consultancy is preferred but not essential; training will be provided
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and confidently
- Organisational skills with attention to detail in managing appointments and client records
- Basic maths skills for processing payments and handling transactions effectively
- Excellent time management skills to balance multiple clients simultaneously while maintaining high service standards

Working Week / Hours
- Confirmed working days - Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Estimated minimum weekly hours each week as follows.
- Thursdays, either 9am - 5pm or 9am - 7:30pm,
- Friday, 9am - 5pm,
- Saturday (our busiest day of the week) 8:30am - 5:30pm,
