Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer enquiries, providing timely and professional responses, and maximizing sales opportunities while upholding our company values and standards. This role requires a hunter mentality, excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
You will need to be able to:
· handle customer enquiries via telephone, email, and other channels,
· provide timely and professional responses to enquiries, maximizing sales opportunities,
· prepare and send quotations, following up as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
· Seek new business opportunities and maintain awareness of market trends and competitors.
· Collaborate effectively with colleagues to support team objectives and goals.
· Adhere to company and statutory policies, processes and procedures.
· Undertake training as required to enhance skills and knowledge.
You will need to have:
· Minimum of 3 years' experience in a fast-paced sales environment.
· Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word) and CRM software.
· Proven ability to multitask and prioritise in a busy environment.
· Proficiency in sales processes.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Target-driven with a focus on achieving results.
· Reliability, trustworthiness, and punctuality.

Package:
· Salary: £31175 per annum, plus commission.
· Working Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30-17:00 TBC. When the Company deems it appropriate, you will be included in the rota of staff that cover 3 shifts. These are 07.30am to 16.00pm, 09.00am to 17.30pm and 12.00 noon to 20.30pm.
· Location: Aldridge.
