We’re looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Cocktail Bar Professional to join our vibrant team at Salt Italian Restaurant.
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a busy cocktail bar.
- Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails.
- Confident using premium spirits, wines and liqueurs.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Well-presented, reliable and able to work under pressure.
- Passion for creating exceptional drinks and memorable guest experiences.
- Flexible to work evenings and weekends.
