We stock leading names including Barbour, Ariat, Dubarry, RM Williams, Le Chameau, Härkila, YETI, Barker, Meyer and many more, alongside a growing collection of premium golf brands including Peter Millar, J.Lindeberg, Vessel and Titleist.
As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a confident and enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to join our friendly team at our Kibworth Head Office.
The Role
Customer service is at the heart of everything we do. You'll spend much of your day responding to customer emails, speaking with customers on the telephone and helping resolve queries quickly and professionally.
You'll also have opportunities to recommend products, create a fantastic customer experience and help build long-term customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries via telephone and email.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally, confidently and with empathy.
- Process customer orders over the telephone.
- Provide product advice and pre-sales support.
- Build strong customer relationships that encourage repeat business.
- Upsell and cross-sell relevant products where appropriate.
- Arrange deliveries using our internal systems.
- Maintain accurate administration and customer records.
- Support colleagues across the business during busy periods.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping customers and takes pride in delivering excellent service.
Ideally you'll have:
- At least one year's experience in a customer service role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A friendly, confident and professional telephone manner.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complaints calmly.
- Good computer skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to prioritise, multitask and work well under pressure.
- A positive attitude and willingness to be part of a close-knit team.
Previous experience in retail, e-commerce or telephone-based customer service would be an advantage but isn't essential.
