Who are we
The Pilates Movement is an established Reformer based Pilates studio operating out of the heart of historic Ashtead, Godalming, Farnham and Guildford in Surrey. Our beautiful studios and amazing workouts inspire clients and trainers alike. Our ethos is to provide the best quality Pilates classes, outstanding customer service and a result’s driven progression for every member being up to speed with the latest Pilates trends.

We are on the lookout for a dynamic Front of House staff who want to make a difference to a company on an individual basis, along with developing a career in an exciting new environment with great incentives. What’s the job:
- Create an amazing ‘meet and greet’ experience for all clients
- Manage our Contrast Therapy space (Sauna and Cold Plunge Pools) which requires light cleaning between sessions
- Based in Godalming you will assist in managing the other studios remotely
- You will be working every Saturday along with other shifts
- Schedule Personal Training sessions with a team of instructors.
- Check and maintain stock levels
- Champion and develop The Pilates Movement Brand
- Social media stories
- Create the culture of the club in line with our ethos
- Light cleaning duties
- Responding to customer enquiries via email
- Answering the phone and managing client requests
- General day to day running of studio
- Ability to work independently
Your Experience
- Lover of Pilates or fitness.
- Team Player / People driven
- Office management experience or Customer Service experience
- Excellent organisation skills
- Excellent customer service skills
Package
- Base Salary of £13 - £14 per hour pending on experience
- Reformer Pilates classes
- 3 or 4 days per week (open to discussion around hours)
- On Site parking
Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12.0 – 20.0 per week
