Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at St Anne's Court Care Ltd in Bournemouth. In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing the quality of life for our residents, ensuring they receive the highest standard of care and support. We are NOT provide sponsership.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal care and mobility
- Support the development and implementation of individual care plans
- Foster a warm and welcoming environment for residents and their families
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
- Maintain accurate records of resident care and progress
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Contribute to a positive team culture within the care home
- Qualifications
- Previous experience in a care home or similar environment is preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others
- Understanding of care plans and personal care needs
- Compassionate approach to caregiving
- Basic IT skills are an advantage but not essential
- Proficiency in English is important
