We are looking for a dependable Ticket Window Assistant to join our Office team for the 2026 season, providing excellence to our guests and team with the aim of creating premier Broads experiences and timeless memories.
The role available consists of selling tickets for the hire of our day charter fleet and river cruises.
Excellent customer service skills required, flexibility and good communication.
Hours of work will include weekends and bank holidays.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with an approachable and helpful manner
- Serve and sell guest's either a river trip or day boat hire
- Process guest sales in a polite and efficient manner
- Ensure all cash handling procedures are adhered to
- Maintain a tidy, clean and neat environment at all times
- Wear the correct company uniform at all times and ensure that it is clean
- Undertake any other duties that may be required

Successful applicants will join us on a Direct Effect Workshop where the achievement of an ILM Level 2 Effective Team Member will be awarded.
