Duties
- Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting shoppers, answering questions, and assisting with product selection to boost sales and customer satisfaction

- Support sales goals through proactive upselling and suggestive selling strategies that enhance the shopping experience
- Manage store opening and closing procedures as a Key Holder, including cash handling, security checks, and ensuring store safety protocols are followed
- Communicate clearly with team members using phone etiquette to coordinate tasks and provide excellent service both in person and over the phone
- Assist in inventory management by conducting stock counts, organizing back stock, and replenishing shelves efficiently
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills by managing time effectively to complete daily tasks and prioritize customer needs
