Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Team Leader to join our team at Laburnum Lodge. This vital role involves overseeing daily operations, supporting our residents, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care. The ideal candidate will play a key part in upholding our values of compassion and excellence.
This team leader role is to support the House Manager, working the opposite shift, to the House Manager, taking charge and leading the team at in her absence continuing with the same ethos of care in running the home. To assess, plan, implement and monitor the care and support of all residents, subject to Company policies and agreed procedures and to lead and participate in the provision of a high standard of care, supporting the House Manager.
Responsibilities
- Lead staff to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.
- Coordinate daily activities and support plans for residents.
- Foster a positive team environment through effective communication and leadership.
- Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Act as a point of contact for residents, families, and external agencies.
- Promote a culture of safety, respect, and inclusion within the home.
- Qualifications.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities is desirable.
- Health & Social Care, level 3 or above is required.

42hours based over 2 week period
All shift are 8am-8pm, cadidates must be flexible, there are no set days, rota is complete on a month by month basis
