Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook authentic South Indian dishes with precision and care.
- Ensure all food safety standards are strictly followed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality meals.
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Assist in menu development to showcase traditional South Indian flavors.
- Support the overall kitchen operations to ensure timely service.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in South Indian cuisine or similar culinary background.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards.
- Excellent cooking and food preparation skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
