Duties
- Conduct comprehensive visual and functional inspections of vehicles at various stages of production to identify defects or deviations from quality standards
- Utilize analysis skills to assess vehicle components, systems, and assemblies for compliance with technical specifications and safety regulations
- Implement and monitor quality assurance procedures, ensuring adherence to industry standards such as HACCP principles where applicable in manufacturing processes
- Document inspection results accurately, prepare detailed reports, and communicate findings promptly to relevant teams for corrective action
- Collaborate with production staff to address quality issues, suggest improvements, and prevent recurrence of defects
- Participate in regular audits and process reviews to uphold continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Maintain organized records of inspections, analysis data, and corrective measures taken
Requirements
- Proven experience in vehicle inspection, quality control, or a related field within automotive manufacturing or assembly environments
- Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and testing data
- Knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and standards such as HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) principles applicable in manufacturing contexts
- Excellent attention to detail with a methodical approach to inspections and documentation
- Effective communication skills for reporting issues clearly and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high accuracy standards
- Basic understanding of automotive systems and components is preferred
