With an exciting period of growth ahead, we are looking for an experienced Senior Lettings Manager to lead our successful Uckfield lettings operation, while overseeing the lettings business across our Heathfield and Lewes branches.

The Role
As Senior Lettings Manager, you will be responsible for driving lettings performance across your area, developing business opportunities and ensuring the highest standards of customer service are delivered to both landlords and tenants.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Attending rental valuations and winning new instructions.
- Letting properties from instruction through to move-in.
- Overseeing the day-to-day property management of the portfolio.
- Supporting and overseeing the lettings operation within our Lewes branch.
- Driving branch performance and ensuring targets are achieved.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors.
- Identifying new business opportunities and helping to grow the portfolio.
- Ensuring compliance with current lettings legislation and best practice.
- Working closely with the wider Oakfield team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
About You
We're looking for someone who is passionate about property and enjoys building lasting client relationships.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience as a Lettings Manager (essential).
- Strong property management experience.
- A proven track record of winning business and achieving targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive and positive approach to problem solving.
- A full UK driving licence.
- A Level 3 Qualification in Residential Letting and Property Management (desirable).
