Catering Manager

We are currently looking for an experienced Catering Manager to join our team, covering Luton and the surrounding areas.
The Role
- Managing day-to-day catering operations
- Leading and supporting the catering team
- Ensuring high standards of food quality, hygiene and presentation
- Managing stock, ordering and food costs
- Ensuring all health & safety and food hygiene procedures are followed
- Supporting with menus and meal preparation
- Maintaining a clean, safe and efficient kitchen environment
Requirements
- Previous experience in a Catering Manager or similar senior catering role
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Excellent knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety
- Enhanced DBS required
- Right to work in the UK
- Reliable and available to start 2nd September
