Job Introduction
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Talent & Performance Manager to join our People team. As a key member of the People Leadership Team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering our talent, performance and capability agenda and supporting the delivery of our wider People Strategy.
This role will lead the development and delivery of a forward-looking talent strategy, ensuring we have the leadership, capability and succession plans required to support our medium and long-term business ambitions Managing and developing a team of Talent and Learning specialists, you will work closely with the Executive and senior leadership teams to use insight, data and market intelligence to build a high-performing and inclusive culture, strengthen our leadership pipeline and ensure we are equipped with the skills needed for future success.
You'll also play a key role in developing organisational capability, driving leadership and learning initiatives and using talent insights to enhance performance and support our continued growth.
Job Overview
- Leading and delivering the organisation's talent, performance and capability strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and long-term workforce requirements.

Partnering with Executive and senior leaders to shape organisational capability, role design and selection frameworks that support the attraction, selection and retention of high-performing talent.

Leading, developing and coaching a team of Talent and Learning professionals, ensuring the delivery of high-impact learning and capability solutions.

Ensuring the design and delivery of scalable, high-impact learning solutions spanning compliance, technical capability, management and leadership development across the employee lifecycle.

Managing external suppliers and strategic partnerships to deliver innovative, cost-effective solutions and systems that meet evolving business needs.

Coaching and influencing senior stakeholders to drive change, enhance leadership capability and support the delivery of the wider People Strategy.
Minimum Criteria To Apply
To be successful in this role, you will bring:

CIPD Level 7 qualification, or equivalent relevant experience.

Significant experience leading talent, leadership and capability strategies and implementing performance frameworks within a large, complex organisation.

Proven experience leading and developing teams of HR and Learning specialists responsible for training design, delivery and capability development.

Extensive experience in coaching leaders, organisational development and change management.

Experience managing third-party suppliers and supplier contracts to deliver effective and value-driven solutions; including LMS providers.

Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to translate business priorities into practical talent and capability strategies that support organisational growth.

Outstanding stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and challenge senior leaders and build credibility across all levels of the organisation.

Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver through others.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using insight and data to inform decision-making and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
