Role: Industrial Door Engineer
Location: London
Salary: Up to £40,000 DOE + Door-to-Door + Van + Tools
Shift: 40 hour week
Overtime: Offered at 1.5x and 2x
On Call: None
My client, a respected independent specialist in Industrial Door Systems, is looking to recruit a skilled and motivated Industrial Door Engineer. This is a permanent, field-based role offering consistent work, a local patch, and the opportunity to expand your technical knowledge.
As an Industrial Door Engineer you will be responsible for
Carry out repairs, servicing, and preventative maintenance to a range of roller shutters, sectionals, high speed doors, garage doors, personnel doors, dock levellers and loading bays as well as barriers and gates
Respond to on-site callouts and emergencies
Assist with small installation projects
Deliver safe and compliant work in line with industry standards
The successful Industrial Door Engineer will have the following experience
Experience working with industrial doors for a minimum of 2 years
A willingness to broaden your knowledge into new product areas
Full UK driving licence
NVQ or equivalent qualification is beneficial
