What You’ll Do
- Support the Store Manager in daily operational and management tasks.
- Organize weekly shift planning and rota management.
- Manage supplier relationships and inventory replenishment.
- Handle till operations, including daily cash/financial reconciliations and reports.
- Ensure strict compliance with HACCP standard guidelines and maintain store equipment in top condition.
- Engage with customers to deliver a unique and positive guest experience.
- Learn to combine ingredients and have fun creating vibrant, customized bowls.
- Coordinate delivery order management with delivery riders.
- Oversee pre-shift prep and post-shift cleaning routines for the dining and kitchen areas.
