Are you a physically fit individual looking for a new role in warehousing with a growing company? Our business is expanding and we are relocating to a larger premises based in Winkfield, Windsor. We are on the lookout for new staff members to join our team to support the warehouse function on a full-time permanent basis. Core hours are 8am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday with a 30-minute unpaid break. You will be:
· Able to travel to Winkfield, Windsor (it is quite remote).
· Trustworthy and reliable- our jobs are scheduled in advance which is harder to manage when a member of the team is down. However, we do understand that things happen sometimes that are out of your control!
· Flexibility to stay past core work hours where required by the company to load/unload vans that have arrived back late (overtime is paid for any hours exceeding your 8hr day).
· Desire to continuously learn and improve on new and existing skills.
· Physically fit/healthy- this role is physically demanding, and you will be “on the go” from the start of your day until the end of your day.
· Have a forklift license or be willing to attend training provided by the company.
Your Key Duties & Responsibilities:
· Picking stock from stock locations using our scanner systems and loading onto our vehicles.
· Loading and unloading our vehicles safely and efficiently for the Service Delivery Team.
· Replenishing kits and install packs to go back out onto jobs to support installations.
· Awareness of warehouse stock levels and highlighting where items are low for replenishing.
· General warehousing duties i.e. tidy and clean working environment and surrounding areas, sweeping, clearing away rubbish.
· Preparing stock for jobs, such as cleaning, maintaining and repairing them.
· Following Health & Safety Procedures and highlighting any potential issues or risks swiftly via our See It, Sort It, Report It approach.
· General Health & Safety awareness, such as ensuring all cleaning materials are handled using suppliers’ guidance, storing products away safely to minimise trip hazards, etc.
· Using our forklifts safely to move stock around the warehouse.

Please note we are in the process of moving and you may be required to work from our Bracknell depot temporarily.
Pay: £29,000.00-£31,000.00 per year
