The Role
This is a diverse role where no two days are the same. You will work closely with the Director to help develop new business opportunities, increase our online presence, support client relationships and ensure the smooth day-to-day administration of the business.
The successful candidate will have the flexibility to work from home or from our Leeds office, with office attendance required when needed for meetings, training or business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with solicitors, law firms, insurers, healthcare providers and other professional organisations.
Research prospective clients and generate new leads.
Contact potential clients by telephone, email and LinkedIn.
Maintain and develop our CRM database.
Support networking events and partnership opportunities.
Help increase client referrals and repeat business.
Manage and develop the company's LinkedIn presence through regular professional content.
Produce email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
Monitor social media engagement and marketing performance.
Help strengthen the Expert Legal Reports brand and online visibility.
Handle incoming telephone and email enquiries professionally.
Coordinate expert witness appointments and case schedules.
Liaise with solicitors, experts, clients and healthcare professionals.
Prepare correspondence, engagement letters and invoices.
Maintain accurate electronic filing systems and confidential records.
Update case management systems and databases.
Ensure confidentiality and compliance with GDPR requirements.
About You

A strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
Confident using Microsoft Office, Outlook and cloud-based systems.
Experienced using LinkedIn and social media.
Passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
Desirable Skills & Experience
Experience within legal, healthcare or professional services (desirable but not essential).
Knowledge of CRM systems.
