Clinical Lead Nurse – Complex Care
Location: Harrow-on-the-Hill (with travel across London and the South East)

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Clinical Lead Nurse to join our growing Complex Care team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse with a strong background in Complex Care, Community Nursing, Continuing Healthcare (CHC), Case Management or Homecare who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
As Clinical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safe delivery of complex care services, supporting clinical governance, mentoring care staff, and maintaining the highest standards of care across our service.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the clinical delivery of complex care packages.
- Complete comprehensive clinical assessments and develop person-centred care plans.
- Review and update risk assessments and clinical documentation.
- Provide clinical leadership, guidance and support to care teams.
- Deliver clinical training and competency assessments.
- Maintain compliance with CQC regulations, clinical governance and best practice.
- Work collaboratively with families, commissioners, case managers and multidisciplinary teams.
- Support service development and the mobilisation of new care packages.
- Participate in audits, investigations and continuous quality improvement.
Essential Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RGN/RN Adult or RSCN/RN Child) with a valid NMC registration.
- Significant experience within Complex Care, Community Nursing, Homecare, CHC or Case Management.
- Strong understanding of clinical governance, risk management and CQC standards.
- Experience completing clinical assessments, care planning and competency assessments.
- Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
