Qualifications
- Cocktail specification knowledge
- Previous experience working in a restaurant or hospitality is essential
- Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible serving practices
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak times
- Excellent communication skills, including serving guests with professionalism and courtesy
- Basic math abilities for calculating bills, tips, and drink measurements
