Join Our Taskforce Team as a Reablement Healthcare Assistant – Make a Real Difference in your area! Currently recruiting in WEST CORNWALL!
Pay: £13.50 – £15.00 per hour
(Enhanced rates of £14–£15 after 6 pm and additional weekend enhancements)

Your Role: As a Reablement Healthcare Assistant, you’ll play a vital part in supporting individuals as they transition from hospital back to their homes. You’ll provide essential care that empowers them to live independently again. From personal care to medication administration, you’ll be the reassuring presence that makes all the difference. This role requires compassion, excellent communication skills, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact every day.
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care or 2 years’ relevant experience.
- Driving: Full, clean driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
- Skills: Strong communication and a commitment to supporting people to progress.
