WildAx Motorhomes are part of an international manufacturing group - Rapido Group, who are based in France. We at WildAx manufacture motorhomes from our two factories in Elland for sale around the UK. We are expanding every year and have just sourced a large piece of land locally to build a large new modern factory. It is essential for us to find the best possible people to join our team and work with us to lead this expansion.
Job Role & Requirements
We require someone to assist in the purchasing of goods as we continue to grow . This role is focused on purchasing and managing stock in and out of the business. You would be working as part of our team to establish the process for on time manufacturing.
Purchasing
Our manufacturing operation is growing rapidly and you will work alongside our Purchasing Coordinator to assist with the purchasing needs of the business. This includes ordering stock to manage our manufacturing requirements, this is vital to the products we sell. We order monthly and daily as per the business needs and we have to be aware of our EU suppliers ETA’s when placing purchase orders. To do this the role would require:
- Purchasing stock for manufacture of Motorhomes
- Knowledge of XERO and Dynamics 365 would be advantageous
- Knowledge of imports and shipping advantageous
- Chasing ETA’s on purchase orders
- Liaising with foreign suppliers
- Assist with type approval paperwork and vehicle registrations
- Updating prices on system as and when required

- Proven track record of administrative excellence
- Experience of working in a fast-paced pressured environment, delivering against tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills

- Proven ability to meet and exceed deadlines
